WHAT IS APRIL LIKE AT DISNEY WORLD?
Although I think the week of April 6th will be just fine, and am sure that the week of April 27th will be fine, the rest of April 2019 is a high crowd and high price month, thanks to the late Easter of 2019.
APRIL 2019 CROWDS AT WALT DISNEY WORLD
April crowds vary depending on the timing of Easter and later-March spring breaks. April 2019 crowds begin high, moderate for a week, and then skyrocket, following the patterns of 2019 spring breaks. Then, beginning the Sunday after Easter, crowds are fine and will remain so into May.
On a crowd scale of 1-11, the week beginning 3/30 has a ranking of 9/high, 4/6 4/low+, 4/13 11/highest, 4/20 9/high and 4/27 4/low+.

APRIL 2019 WEATHER AT WALT DISNEY WORLD
April weather completes the shift from the variable and cooler temperatures of winter to the warmer and more consistent temperatures of spring.
For example, at the beginning of April, 60% of the time the daily high will be between 72 and 87. By the beginning of May, 60% of the time the daily high will be between 80 and 90.
All in, April weather is as good as it gets at Walt Disney World.

APRIL 2019 OPERATING HOURS AT WALT DISNEY WORLD
Park operating hours vary by the day, and sometimes change without notice. It is rare for hours to be shorter than Disney has publicized, but Disney may lengthen them in response to unanticipated crowds. Opening hours may change to 8a, and during periods like the weeks before and after Easter, morning Extra Magic Hours may be added.
The best way to keep up with operating hours is to check Disney’s official calendars, usually available about six months in advance. Major hours updates–often with later closes–can happen a month before.
These calendars can be found by clicking the following links:

Hello! I saw your site and thought I reach out. I am trying to book a disney/universal experience from april 6th arriving at 530 orlando to 10th as my last full day. I’m trying to see the most exciting attractions with my gf (no kids) and looking for some help. I am thinking 2 days disney 2 days universal. I saw things about fast past and park to park.

Hi Claudes, you have left it later than I would advise. Some of the most popular rides at Disney will have already booked up. Universal will work best if you can book a hotel room there as well, as that allows you various “front of the line” privileges. Disney does not offer such privileges, other than some extra park access early or late in the day if you book one of its hotels, and 60 day access to FastPass+–which you have already largely missed.
You can see much of the best at Universal in two days. DIsney takes at least 5 to 6 days. With two days, you would want to do Magic Kingdom and one other park (ignore “park-hopping” at Disney–you will waste too much time getting from park to park). See this for both how FastPass+ work–a critical planning element–and to help you pick your second park at Disney World.
You can find one day itineraries for each of the four DIsney parks in my book. However, some of the FastPass+ choices recommended in them will already be fully booked.
The long-time travel agent partner of this site can help you book your trip if you choose to go forward. I would advise waiting to when you can devote more days to Disney World, and also far enough in advance that you will have your DIsney World hotel fully booked more than 60 days ahead of your arrival date–so that you can take full advantage of FastPass+.

Samson, I sorry but can’t say for sure, as terms of service may vary by the country from which a ticket is bought, and I can only see terms of service form the US.
