Hi there…planning our first trip to Disney ( we live outside US) is daunting to say the least. This site is making me feel marginally better. We plan july 18 for approx 6 nights -and thats about it.. its likely to be our one and only visit. What is best order to do all this in.? Happy for deluxe but good kid appeal is more important. We have four children between 5 and 11- will hotels let us bunk into a 5 bedroom ? many thanks ..you must have patience of a saint

    Hello Dave,

I’m planning my first trip to WDW with my husband and I’m using your “No Kid Appeal” list as the “best for couples” list. Of those listed, would you recommend one over another for proximity to the parks? We’re probably looking at the moderate price range.

    Thanks Dave!

Thanks for all of this information! I wonder if you think that POR kid-appeal has increased at all with the addition of the themed rooms? Does that make a difference or would you still consider these to be lacking in kid appeal?

Hi Lisa, those particular rooms now have more appeal for kids who like princesses–great point! But the overall look and feel, as well as all the other rooms, are still not nearly as appealing as some alternatives.
