Be Our Guest Phone Reservations now Begin 7a Eastern 8/20, not at Noon

Disney World has changed the time that phone reservations can be made for Be Our Guest.
Be Our Guest phone reservations now can be made starting at 7a eastern on 8/20, not noon, as Disney had posted earlier this week.
Disney has not done a new blog post about this (yet)–rather, they just changed the already posted info here.

That’s confirmed, 7:00a Monday 8-20 over the phone. For the food and wine festival there were 562 calls waiting on agents exactly at 7:00am on the first day on the first day of booking, so good luck to all on this one!
Thanks for the confirmation, and wow…I wonder how many will be on at 7a–and how many more at 11.59 because of the time change!
Apparently the soft opening date has been changed to 11-11-12. Guests need to be aware that because it is a soft opening date that any date or details can change anytime.
