Hi Dave, traveling to MK on 5/9 & 5/11 and Epcot on 5/10. First experience for a 5 yr old boy. Suggestions for fast passes?-he is not a fan of rollercoaster or heavy-motion rides nor too crazy about character greetings. Would greatly appreciate your thoughts!

Dave, my family and I will be visiting from Saturday September 23 to Sunday October 1st. We\’ve selected these dates in the hopes of lower crowds. I see that you recommend Animal Kingdom on Sunday the 24th and Sunday the 1st. Have you taken into account the new Pandora world which opens this may? Won\’t local Floridians make this park more crowded on weekends? Thanks for your thoughts.

    Hi,
We will be taking in the parks Sunday,
Oct 1-Thursday Oct 5 (2017). Any advice on which parks to choose for each day to avoid highest crowds? We want to repeat MK, but each of the other 3 parks, we will go to only once.

We want to see the nightly shows at each of the theme parks, but I am assuming that they are available every single night?

Is the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot daily during this time?

    Thanks.

JKD, I can help, but only after the October calendar at the Halloween party calendars are out–which should be within a week for the first, but unlcear on the second. Food and Wine is on then, and the fireworks are NOT every night then

    Hi Dave,
I will be travelling to Disney Aug. 26 – Sept.9, 2017 (Three adults, one teen, staying on site) Your Itineraries fit our schedule perfectly! I am, however, wondering where to combine the two Itineraries to suit our longer stay? That said, i’d rather not be in MK on Saturday of the Labor Day weekend! Any Thoughts?
    Thanks!

Terri, the itineraries work by day–so Monday is Monday, not “Day 3.” So you can do either Tuesday what I’ve written as Tuesday. You can certainly skip Saturday at MK–but, depending on the Halloween party schedule (not out yet, my forecast is here) so aim to do it on your extra “Tuesday”

Hi! Just found your great site. I’m going to WDW for the first time with my husband and 5 yr old son from Sat Sep 9th-Sat Sep 16th 2017. Trying to avoid EMH and F&W crowds at EP. Would these days be ok for each park? We have 5 park tickets/No hopper. Thanks in advance!

    Sat- Arrive mid-day/hang at resort
Sun- HS (problem day but cant figure out another way)
    Mon- EP
    Tue- MK
    Wed- Resort/DS
    Thur- MK
    Fri- AK
    Sat- Super early departure

Hi Felisa, these days (other than the HS issue you have already noted) look great! You could swap Sunday and Friday–it looks like as of this week HS is no longer doing EMH on Fridays, though that is subject to change…

    Hi Dave,
I guess I’ll just have to wait for the accurate info ๐Ÿ™‚

Would you be able to give me a rough idea of an itinerary for those months? (end August to mid Sep). If not, that’s OK ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks,
    Kel

Hi Dave! ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m a lil early, but the excitement is too much. My partner and I (aged 22 when we go) are heading to Orlando, FL August 2018. We’re visiting from 22 August to 15 Sept (so 23 nights) – we are looking to do all the Disney Parks as well as Universal, SeaWorld and Busch Gardens (incl. all water parks). This might be a bit much to ask, but are you able to draw me up an itinerary? We’re not planning on doing anything on 22nd August as we land at 16:20 local time and will be exhausted from all the travelling from Northern Ireland!!

Thank you so much in advance.

FYI: We will be purchasing the 14 day Disney ticket, and a combo of the others which all activate on the day we use them.

    Kind regards,
    Kel

Kel, I will be able to give you advice, but not until Disney’s calendar for then comes out, which will be around mid-January 2018…
