Hi there, I am booked in a THVilla on December 1, 2015. We have 5 people, all adults. I hope these beds aren’t too small as 2 of the of us will be in the bunk bed room, although I guess they have the option of sleeping in the living room area if need be. I had called DVC because I had read in other reviews about the travel situation and was told, that the Treehouses have busstops for the busses to the parks, and that you don’t have to take the bus to SSR first. I sure hope they weren’t lying to me! I will not be a happy camper, especially at the end of the night. We cancelled our rental car based on the information provided by Member Services @ DVC.

Sandi, frankly this may be true, as the resorts now have more autonomy over their buses than they used to have, and changes have emerged.

However I can’t find any evidence that it is true, and frankly it seems unlikely to me. There’s only 60 Treehouses, so a dedicated set of buses seems unlikely, and adding these stops to the standard SS buses, which already take forever, seems like a real negative for the 1,320 units in SS….

Hello There! We are planning to stay in the Treehouse Villas for the 1st time this Sept, while this is not our first visit to WDW it is to the Villa’s. We are driving, and know all about the transportation issues. My question for you is do you think someone around 6’3 could fit length wise on the sleeper chair in the living area? I see from your report that the bunk bed option is out as it has the frame that will cause some issues. Thanks

Leigh, the sleeper chair is 79 inches long, so it should work!!

We are staying here for our first visit. Unfortunately we picked this as the only real option for my husband myself and 8 children 1-17. We are using disney transportation and now I worry we will not make times we want to be places. Is there anywhere else in this size and price range you would recommend more?

we have the treehouse booked for our first time! Now I am worried. We have 9 plus a one year old and we all wanted to be together since it was Christmas. Is there anywhere else that we can be together. My dad and wife we booked at saratoga springs. They will have a car. Will they be alright or should we book them somewhere else and where for same money? Thank You

Lori, nine plus a one year old fit and is OK, so long as you have two people besides the one year old short enough to fit the bunk beds
