Cinema Hall has a lobby where you check in and can buy tickets and make reservations. Note the Hollywood Hills in the background.

As in all Disney World hotel lobbies, there’s also a spot where you can plop the kids in front of some Disney programs while you are waiting in line. Or vice-versa.

…and the food court–by far the best among the All-Stars.

In the back of the food court–you can see it to the far right in the photo above–is a bar that serves both the pool and the food court.

In this same area there’s a microwave and toasters for anyone to use.

Like the other values, All-Star Movies has no sit-down restaurant.

But it does have two pools…

Hi, I ‘m planning for this september, when will be the best time to make reservations in All Stars movies? What is the difference for a standard room and a preferred room? Plus, my husband is a tall guy and I am afraid we won’t fit in bed…comments?

Linda, preferred rooms are closer to the bus stop and dining. The beds at Movies are full beds–that is, 75 inches long. I’d book my room as soon as you are ready to commit. More important is for you to book dining, as you are near–or beyond–the 180 day window, and dining in September goes very fast because of everyone’s hope for free dining. Thanks for your kind reply. I understand the 180 days ahead would be for dining reservations, well I would take the quick service plan and also, I’m looking forward to get the free dining deal if offered, I am afraid to make resevations too early so which do you consider would be my deadline?? About the hotel rooms at movies, The Toy Story section is considered standard or preferred??

Linda, what us worrying you about making your reservations too early? At All-Star Movies, Fantasia, Toy Story, and 101 Dalmatians are “preferred.”

Thank you Dave, I mean, if I make reservations now, May I include any future offer as the free dining plan? How much do I have to pay to make reservations and when should I complete payment?

6 Dave { 03.05.14 at 7:35 am }

Some meals are pre-paid, others require a credit card so that you can be charged for a non-show. The pre-paid ones can later be converted to dining plans credits, but the credit card no show penalty will still be held.
