11/27 MK and Epcot are good choices, AK is not, and HS is middling. Epcot is not open late that night, by the way, meaning it’ll be less crowded than if it were.

Temps are a crapshoot then–it might or might not be warm enough for the waterparks–see this.

I think MVMCP is a great choice, if you can afford it. See this for a review of the 2104 edition. It’s hard to say if its worth it without knowing what you’d spend the money on otherwise!!
