Walt Disney World has released a new “families with little ones” Intro to Disney offer which–doubtless inspired by this site š –it’s aiming at first time visitors.
Here’sĀ some of Disney’s language:
“[N]owās a terrific time to share Disney magic together for the first timeāthanks to a special offer created for families with little ones.”
The deal packages together rooms, tickets, and dining plans, and looks to be a variant of the already-released “Stay Play and Dine” deal.
The example given includes three people–two ten and older and one aged 3-9. Three nights at Pop Century or one of the All-Stars, two ticket days, and the quick-service dining plan are priced at $999. By my math, that’s at least $150 off.
Deals for other family structures and tripĀ lengths are available.
This deal covers most arrival dates January 5 through February 12, 2014, and needs to be booked by December 31.
See more on Disney’s page on this offer here.
–And thanks, Joe Black, for the heads-up on this deal!

Michelle, at those ages, because kid appeal differences among the moderates are slight, you should probably pick among them for yourself, not them..
Rankings that include kid appeal are here: http://yourfirstvisit.net/2013/03/25/walt-disney-worlds-moderate-resorts/
An alternative ranking aimed more at factors other than kid appeal is here: http://yourfirstvisit.net/2013/03/28/the-moderates-remix/
Same answer: you’ll prefer the room at AofA, and everything else at WL…
any suggestions on which mod. based on my kids ages?
Same issue with all deals coming out for our January trip staying at Cars AoA š We could spend same and stay at Wilderness Lodge (standard room). Very torn on this decision as my son loves Cars and we loved the idea of the suite. So many people love Wilderness Lodge though. Our kids are 5 and 7. Decisions!!
