Reserving FastPass+ in advance will be possible for off-site guests beginning March 31, multiple sources—including easyWDW.com and WDWMagic.com–reported March 26.
Until now, reserving FastPass+ in advance has been limited to those staying at a Disney World-owned hotel and Annual Passholders.
Beginning March 31, off-site guests  will be able to make FastPass+ reservations beginning 30 days before the intended use date, the same window as Annual Passholders. Off-siters need first to set up a MyDisneyExperience account and link their tickets to it.
Guests staying at Disney-owned hotels will continue to have a 30 day advantage, being able to make their FastPass+ reservations beginning 60 days before their check-in date.

Yup! They sure will, Jessica.
We’re staying off property and buying our tickets to the park from undercovertourist, instead of through Disney directly. Will I still be able to do this early FP+?
Amy, when you buy the tix you will get a confrontation number which you can then enter into your MyDisneyExperience account to link them up for FP+ (if they don’t link automatically.) Unless something has charged, you will have the choice when you buy them of having them shipped to you or getting them via will call. I’m a big fan of having them in your possession. Sign into your MDE account (or create it) first, and buy the tickets from there…
Heidi, well I don’t know anything yet…but I don’t know why it wouldn’t work with a one day ticket just like anything else–you’d pick one day that’s within 30 days, pick a park, pick your FastPass+– with the added complexity to one days of them being MK or not MK tix…
