Thanks are especially due to Josh of easyWDW. With his permission, I picked the targeted park days based on both my own practices and his daily park recommendations.

Just ordered the book!!! Can’t wait to read it!!!! 🙂
Thank you Jane and Dave! I love the babysitter idea! I am glad you told me to keep trying. For the last few days I’ve been checking for the garden grill to open up, and it’s available right now but I’m giving up dinner at Chef Mickeys in exchange to go to dinner at the Garden Grill. Regardless, we do have a reservation to go to Chef Mickeys for breakfast on our last day. What would you do?
Choices are: chef mickey’s twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner or;
The garden grill for dinner and chef mickey’s for breakfast.
Jeri, for specific itinerary advice ping me back after Disney’s calendar for January comes out, which it should do in a couple of weeks.
You are targeting the most crowded and expensive days of the year–with peak waits exceeding 4 hours on some rides. Are you sure you want to do that??
Spirit of Aloha is so-so, so I don’t particularly recommend it…
Yay, Lauren!
Food and wine will have been over for almost 2 weeks by the 28th of November. Garden Grill is not nearly popular enough to be fully booked at 180 days, so I suspect there’s a systems glitch…and thus would keep trying!
Thanks again for your recent email response. We ordered your book & should be receiving it soon. Our family of four (girl 6, boy 4) wi’ll be going on our second trip in WDW. We will be staying at Polynesian arriving Sun dec 27 & leaving Sat Jan 2. Can you recommend an itinery for those dates? Also we are thinking of doing the Spirit of Aloha first seating on New Years Eve. What do you think? Thank you again for your great advice.
