It’s been widely rumored that free dining would open up today for Disney Visa cardholders.
No dice.
I am however sticking to both my forecast here (note the words “typically” and “might” and “early August”) and to the warning here.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all the time you spend helping people. I have been on another board this morning and the comments have been HORRIBLE toward the people who passed along the rumors about FD from their reliable sources. As these were just rumors and it NEVER stated that DV holders would get FD today I see NO reason to attack people who are just trying to help. So again THANK YOU!! I am making a donation to your site!
