Disney Armed Forces Salute Renewed for 2013-2014

HELP AGAIN! New to the military life. So I went to the nearest military base to get the Military Salute tix. The rep there said that they only had 2012-2013 available. I told them that we were traveling Oct 3 to Florida. His response is that he couldn’t guarantee that they would have the 2013-2014 Military Salute tix available for sale by then. Am I missing something??!! How do I get the tix then? Shades of Green?

Was just told today by reservation specialist that the Poly is completely sold out for the week that we are going.

For now I had them switch my parents theme park room with my club lagoon view room. It saved me $300. But my overall total is still high. Thanks Steve!

I’ll let you know when I hear. But I’m hearing a lot of this, the only discounts being offered are expensive rooms. Yesterday I heard from someone that had to upgrade 3 levels from the room they had reserved at rack rates if they wanted a mil discount…

We kind of have are heart set on Polynesian. I just think Disney needs to have a more user friendly way on their website to get the military option. Like right now, I can get the Theme Park room that I want but not the military discount on it. You can’t tell that you can’t get the discount until you call and you’re on hold for 30minutes.
