NEW DISNEY WORLD DEALS ANNOUNCED
Disney World has posted a new set of room discounts that cover most dates from April 13 through June 14, 2012 (book by March 31 February 28).
Per-night savings range from 15% to 30%, depending on travel dates, resort, and resort type.
At first glance, this is a complex offer.
Not all resorts are in the offer.
For example, All-Star Movies and Art of Animation are excluded among the values, Port Orleans French Quarter among the moderates, the Contemporary among the deluxes, and many of the DVC resorts are excluded as well.
Other than the values, Disney World has been even more detailed than in recent programs about different discount levels within the same resort class.
The Disney World page on this deal is here.

Hey Mike–because AP deals are announced (usually) closer to travel dates, Disney has better info on what hotels for which it wants to move the occupancy needle, which can yield some surprises in what’s available…so far as I can recall, it does not announce which hotels are excluded from the AP deal…you just find out by trying to book them.
Dunno about packages….
Disapointing discounts. Particular bummer for us POFQ or Contemporary folks. I’m guessing its likely there will be some sort of package deal and AP discount announced shortly. Do you think they will also block out the same hotels?
