New Walt Disney World Deals and Discounts

NEW ROOM AND TICKET 2011 OFFERS FROM WALT DISNEY WORLD

Walt Disney World has announced a couple of new discount deals to go along with the already announced spring discounted room rates.

They cover periods through October 1, 2011, but exclude the Easter weeks, and mid-June to mid-August.

One is really two deals in one–it provides room rate discounts at two different levels for periods in late spring, and in early and late summer.

The second is an offer for free tickets for kids between the ages of 3 and 9.

THE NEW ROOM RATE WALT DISNEY WORLD 2011 DISCOUNT

The first period of the new room rate discount is April 28 through June 14–travel must be booked by 3/27.

Discounts off standard prices are as follows:

• 15% off for All Star Music
• 20% off for the other values and Port Orleans French Quarter
• 25% off for the other moderates, the Polynesian and the Animal Kingdom Lodge
• 30% off for other deluxes, and
• 35% off for Disney Vacation Club rooms

The second period of the new room rate discount covers August 14 through October 1–travel must also be booked by 3/27.

FREE DISNEY WORLD THEME PARK TICKETS FOR KIDS AGED 3-9 2011 PACKAGE DEAL

The second deal recently announced provides free theme park tickets for kids aged 3-9 for families that book visits in Walt Disney World resort hotels. (Kids under three do not need tickets.)

This can be a much better deal for families aimed at value resorts than the room rate discounts.

Various qualifications about number of kids, number of adults, length of stay, etc., will apply.

This deal covers February 17 to April 16 2011 (book by 2/13), April 28 to June 14 2011 (book by 3/27) and August 14 through October 1 (also book by 3/27).
