Special Diets at Walt Disney World

My son has a life-threatening peanut, tree nut and fish allergy. Disney has always been so great him. Chef Mickeys made those special Mickey waffles for him in the kitchen and brought them straight to our table to avoid cross- contamination. Love Disney.

I sent them this post: One thing to add for all of us stuck in the food allergy club… I have literally over 100 food allergies and intolerances, and even the strictest GF menu usually leaves me without options. But last year, by accident, I found out from the awesome head chef at Ohana that the ever-present Mickey-shaped waffles can be made free of ALL of the big 8 allergens.
