SEPTEMBER 2011 CROWDS AT WALT DISNEY WORLD

September is one of the least crowded periods at Walt Disney World. Crowds in the month peak over the Labor Day weekend–Labor Day is 9/5 in 2011–and are then quite low the rest of the month.

SEPTEMBER 2011 PRICES AT WALT DISNEY WORLD

Value resort prices begin the month 5% higher than the lowest of the year, and moderate resort are 3% higher. Deluxe prices begin the month at the lowest level of the year.

Prices for all go up on September 30th–to 15% higher than the lowest of the year for values, 7% higher for moderates, and 19% higher for deluxes.

SEPTEMBER 2011 WEATHER AT WALT DISNEY WORLD

September weather begins about as hot and humid as Orlando gets, with afternoon storms common. It moderates over the course of the month.

SEPTEMBER 2011 OPERATING HOURS AT WALT DISNEY WORLD

Park operating hours vary by the day, and sometimes change without notice. It is rare for hours to be shorter than Disney has publicized, but Disney may lengthen them in response to unanticipated crowds.
